Tie Rod & Frame Systems

Tie Rod: Cold rolled tie rod system.

Frames: Walk Thru, Ladder and other frame options are available in multiple specifications. The frames use two verticals and two horizontals with scissor cross braces, welded pins and spring clips / gravity lock pins for secure assembly.

Cup-Lock System: Cup-lock components feature forged blade ends with minimum projection. Components locate into cup-lock joints on the verticals for secure connection.

Horizontals & Verticals

Horizontals use forged blade ends with minimum projection. Available sizes include 1m width, 2m and 3m lengths, with 2 ledger blades attached. Feet sizes include 3.3ft width, 4ft width, 6.6ft and 10ft lengths.

Pipe size: 40mm dia inner / 50mm outer dia with 2.8mm pipe thickness. A 20ft long pipe option is available with a listed weight of 20kg.

Junior Props & Threaded Components

Junior Props: made from 40NB outer and 33 OD inner pipe as IS standards, designed for beam support.

Threaded Sleeve: made from 50NB medium tube as per IS standards with heavy-duty malleable cast iron nut.

Roll Threaded Outers: rolled threading presses excess material into the pipe, preventing wastage and increasing load-taking capacity; made from 50NB special-grade tubes as per IS standards.

Prop Components

Available components include Prop, Junior Prop, L-Support, Thread Sleeve, Standard Head, Beam Bottom, Stirrup Head, Base Plate, Cup Lock Standard, Cup Lock Ledger, and Fixed / Adjustable Jacks.

Cup-Lock Standard Sizes

3m vertical: standard cup lock every half metre, 6 cup locks attached for 3m height.

10ft vertical: standard cup lock every 20 inches, 6 cup locks attached for 10ft height (6 top cups, 6 bottom cups attached).

2m vertical: standard cup lock every half metre, 4 cup locks attached for 2m height.

6.6ft vertical: standard cup lock every 20 inches, 4 cup locks attached for 6.6ft height (4 top cups, 4 bottom cups attached).

Centering & Wall Form System

Centering plates: angle sizes include 25×25×3mm, 25×25×5mm and 32×32×3mm. Sheet options include 16 gauge (1.6mm), 14 gauge (2mm) and 12 gauge (2.4mm), with custom measurements / sizes available.

Conventional wall form shuttering: steel shuttering using 12 gauge MS sheets with slotted 45×45mm angle/MS flat frames and stiffeners. Channel or heavy-duty soldiers, tubes and channel wales can be assembled with four types of purpose-designed clips. Standard soldiers are supplied in 2.5m with 1.25m panel height, with 3.5m and 5m soldier options for high-pour concreting.

Column Boxes

Column boxes are available with angle sizes of 32×32×3mm, 35×35×5mm and 40×40×5mm. Sheet options include 14 gauge (2mm), 12 gauge (2.4mm) and 10 gauge (3mm), with custom measurements / sizes available.

Acrow / Telescopic Span

Adjustable Acrow / Telescopic Span systems use roll-thread adjustable steel props. Tubes are available to medium-class outer specifications with heavy-duty cast iron malleable nuts. Strip rup head, flat plates and beam head options are available, with the beam head supplied as a separate attachment.
